What is DISC?
DISC is often described as a personality test. In reality, DISC is really more like a “personality, communication and behavioural profiling system”.
A DISC Profile utilises a method for understanding behaviour, communication, temperament, and personality. A DISC profile provides a comprehensive overview of the way that people think, act, and interact. It is the most widely used profiling tool of its kind and is supported by decades of validation and reliability studies.

The DISC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviours and communication with others. This can be within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership or management position, a parent and child, a husband and wife or any other relationships.
DISC Profiling can be carried out on either an individual, couples, teams, and families. Completing a DISC profile, is very quick and simple, you are given 6 mins to complete a series of 24 short questions that produce a detailed report about your personality, behaviour, and communication style. There is also a version designed for clients under 12. The report is clarified to you in great detail and bespoke tools and techniques are shared for you to take away and use every day.
