Privacy and Confidentiality
All clients’ personal details, notes, records, any psychological testing, and any other information are kept confidential. Any client email details are kept solely for the purpose of contacting the client regarding the confirmation of appointments.No client’s details are ever passed on to any third parties.

This contract of confidentiality is between the client and Mindset & Solutions. Written permission by the client or a court order is required to release any information.

‍Please note these exceptions: Your right to confidentiality and privacy is not absolute.
Circumstances under which the confidentiality of private information cannot by assured by Mindset & Solutions are therefore liable for its release.

1. Mindset & Solutions is compelled by law to report any circumstances where there is a possibility of danger to yourself or others.

2. Mindset & Solutions is compelled by law to report any possibility of the existence of child neglect, physical and sexual abuse.

‍Client Rights & Agreement.Sessions Program sessions frequency will change throughout the program depending on; the progress of the client and the clients’ requirements, sessions may vary from; weekly, fortnightly, monthly, 6 weeklies, 2 monthly.

‍Additional sessions will only be suggested after the first initial 6-session program to the client if it is truly in the client’s best interest along with the good care and continuing welfare of the client. Treatment would then be terminated at the earliest time.

‍Pricing All charges are known to the client before any program is commenced. At the end of the FREE initial consultation, you will be given a price on your bespoke program.
Once the price has been agreed by both parties, if the amount is being paid in full it must be paid before or on the day of the first session of the program. Discount is given for full payment.

‍Payment Plan is available upon request in 3 payments. 1st payment must be paid before or on the first session date, 2nd Payment before 3rd session date and 3rd payment before the 5th session date.

‍Workshops/ Courses to be paid in full 1 week before workshop/course date.

‍Payment can be made by: Cash, Bacs Transfer, Eftpos Payment available in the clinic.

‍Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Mindset & Solutions will enforce a rescheduling fee charged at $50 if 48 hours’ notice is not given.  Notice needs to be given by telephone, text or email.

‍Missed Appointments
‍Any missed appointments will be charged in full and taken as one of the sessions of the agreed program. No other session will be added at the end of the program.  This will be enforced.

‍Clients Rights
‍Clients have the right to confidentiality as stated above. Once you have agreed to the session program you are committing to pay for the full program. In the unlikelihood you stop the program early you will still be expected to pay for any outstanding sessions you agreed to in full.  If you do have any concerns or questions at any time during your program, please approach me and I will be able to reassure you, clarify your expectations, explain the program structure and your progress.

‍Access
Mindset & Solutions clinic is on the first floor. Unfortunately, due to the building design there are no access to the 1st floor for wheelchair users. However, should this cause a restriction to the service provided by Mindset & Solutions the initial consultation and the 6-session program may be able to be adapted to an online version.

‍Complaints/Discipline
